Almost John is an independent musician whose work moves between soul, rock, R&B and psychedelia. For Clean Melodies, the artist explored a more introspective and experimental side of his sound, shaped by vulnerability, isolation and the emotional weight of everyday life. The visual identity was created as an intimate extension of that universe, translating the album's emotional contrasts into a raw and expressive language built around purity, distortion and self reflection.

Somewhere between purity and distortion, Clean Melodies finds its visual voice. Titanium white paint covered the artist's body, turning portrait photography into both image and surface. Film textures, analog references and manipulated compositions brought rawness to the system, while a custom typographic treatment mirrored the album's emotional tension, moving between heaviness and delicacy, clarity and distortion.
