The Ring Magazine returned to the spotlight with a rebrand created to celebrate one of the most iconic publications in boxing history. With 102 years of legacy, a collection of 1,230 editions, more than 10,000 documented fights and thousands of knockouts recorded, the brand carried a rare visual archive. The project needed to respect that history without being trapped by it, bringing the magazine into a new moment with the same authority, energy and cultural presence that made it a reference in the sport.
Research became the starting point for rebuilding the brand's visual universe. The work connected the most important milestones in boxing over the last century with iconic covers, editions and records from The Ring's own archive, turning history into system. Collage, illustration, animation, editorial language and graphic design came together to expand the identity without erasing its origin, connecting the analog weight of the publication with contemporary digital techniques and repositioning The Ring for a new generation of fans, athletes and boxing stories.
