Flavor will translate EAT's strategy, narrative and creative direction into high-craft brand systems, Demo Day deck designs and one-page landing page designs — all delivered as clean, structured Figma files. Kickoffs roll across the program as founders select EAT. The engagement covers 5 startup brands, 2 creative directions per brand, 1 selected brand system per brand, 1 Demo Day deck per brand, 1 landing page per brand, and a structured Figma handoff for each.
| P1 | Brief Immersion & Research | Brief immersion, market and competitor research, visual references, internal exploration, strategic interpretation, alignment with EAT before development |
| P2 | Two Creative Directions | Two genuinely distinct routes by different senior designers — concept, rationale, logo exploration, color, type, graphic language, initial system, key applications |
| P3 | Founder Selection & Brand System | Selected route becomes a complete identity: logo suite, color, typography, graphic language, core assets, applications, usage guidance, structured Figma brand file |
| P4 | Demo Day Deck Design | Deck visual system, slide layouts, full deck on EAT content (~15–25 slides), refinement after consolidated feedback, final Figma file |
| P5 | Landing Page Design | One page per brand on the approved system — desktop and mobile, UI structure on EAT inputs, structured Figma handoff. No development included |
| P6 | File Organization, QA & Handoff | Clean organized files, structured pages, clear naming, reusable styles and components, QA before handoff — prepared for EAT's AI-powered pipeline |

Flavor participates in founder-facing and a16z-facing presentations when needed, with EAT leading the presentation and client relationship. The structure assumes internal working reviews, one consolidated founder-facing revision round per major deliverable, consolidated feedback by EAT, formal approvals between phases, and a hard change freeze after Alumni Demo Day.
Depends on timely feedback, founder availability, approved brand decisions, and deck content provided by EAT before deck design begins.
