Scope

Flavor becomes the design execution partner for the full five-brand cohort.

Per-Brand Process

Six phases. One brand system as the single source of truth.

  1. 01.

    Brief Immersion & Research

Brief immersion, market and competitor research, visual references and internal exploration. Strategic interpretation from a design perspective, aligned with EAT before development.

  2. 02.

    Two Creative Directions

Two genuinely distinct routes, by different senior designers — concept, rationale, logo exploration, color, type and graphic language. Two points of view, not two variations.

  3. 03.

    Founder Selection & Brand System

The selected route becomes a complete identity: logo suite, color, typography, graphic language, core assets, applications, usage guidance and a structured Figma brand file.

  4. 04.

    Demo Day Deck Design

Deck visual system, slide layouts and full deck on EAT-provided content (~15–25 slides). Visual storytelling, refinement after consolidated feedback and a final Figma file.

  5. 05.

    Landing Page Design

One page per brand on the approved system — desktop and mobile, UI structure on EAT inputs, structured Figma handoff. Development is owned by EAT.

  6. 06.

    File Organization, QA & Handoff

Clean, organized files with structured pages, clear naming and reusable components. QA before handoff, prepared for EAT's AI-powered pipeline.
